1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Skeduly ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including beta participants.

2. Description of Service

Skeduly is a LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and publishing platform. It uses AI to help you draft posts and publishes them to your connected LinkedIn accounts via the LinkedIn API. Skeduly is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Skeduly.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Skeduly to:

  • Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts

5. LinkedIn Integration

By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorise Skeduly to publish posts on your behalf using the LinkedIn API. You remain solely responsible for all content published through your account. You can revoke access at any time from the Settings page or directly via LinkedIn's account settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

Skeduly uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

During the beta period, Skeduly is free to use. When paid plans launch, the following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Content you create using Skeduly belongs to you. You grant Skeduly a limited licence to store and process your content solely to deliver the Service.

Skeduly's software, brand, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Skeduly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for any content published to LinkedIn through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skeduly's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
