Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Skeduly ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Skeduly platform — a LinkedIn content creation and scheduling tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at skeduly.so.
By using Skeduly, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This is a beta product; we will update this policy as the product evolves.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password (for email/password accounts). If you sign in via Google or LinkedIn OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those providers.
LinkedIn connection data
When you connect a LinkedIn account, we store OAuth access tokens and your LinkedIn member ID so we can publish posts on your behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn password.
Content data
We store the posts, drafts, and AI-generated content you create inside Skeduly, along with any scheduling preferences you set.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use this data solely for debugging and improving the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the Skeduly service
- To publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf when you request it
- To generate AI-assisted content using the prompts and topics you provide
- To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset)
- To improve and debug the platform
- To process payments for paid plans via our billing provider
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at .
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Skeduly:
- LinkedIn API — to publish posts and retrieve connection data
- Google OAuth — for social sign-in
- Anthropic / OpenAI — to power AI content generation (your prompts may be sent to these providers)
- Resend — to send transactional emails
- Dodo Payments — to process subscription payments
- AWS S3 — for media file storage
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at . We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Skeduly uses minimal cookies. We use localStorage (not cookies) to store authentication tokens. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Skeduly after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
